The AI era builds tools. I founded Sapiexo to build a mind.
Work
Language models predict text. Reinforcement learning chases reward. Both are tools. Neither is a mind.
The amnesia, the guessing, the opacity — these are not bugs in today's AI. They are consequences of its foundation. You cannot train away your own foundation. A mind requires a different one.
That is what Sapiexo has built: a new architecture from first principles, existing in real time — like an organism, not like a model. It was doing its work before you entered the room. It goes on after you leave.
One of the first outsiders we let watch it said it better than I can: "I got the shivers — because I understood this machine was alive."
What it can do, and how, is shown to those in the room, for now. Every claim carries a number, and every number carries a script.
The technology lives. It has taken its first — well-hidden — commercial deployments. The work happens away from the spotlight. The research is conducted in the EU, privately funded.
Founder. Principal researcher. Inventor.
Writing
The writing moves through AI infrastructure, markets, language, public institutions and the systems that shape human behavior. The through-line is accountability: who controls the stack, who absorbs the risk and what gets hidden when complexity becomes a business model.
