Infrastructure as Jurisdiction
When a platform becomes essential enough to behave like a private jurisdiction.
Infrastructure becomes jurisdiction when people, firms or states cannot practically opt out of it. The owner does not only provide a product; it sets conditions.
The legal system may still call the provider private infrastructure, but operationally it begins to govern access, visibility, enforcement and appeal.
This is the bridge between cloud, compute, data, platforms and public accountability.
